I was very impressed with the professionalism of the trainers, as well as the Cheetah materials and course structure.

PgMPSM Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Course Registrations

Enrolment Policy

A student is deemed to be enrolled in a class and be allocated a place in class under the following circumstances:-

An online registration form is completed in full, indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions of enrolment and payment is made in full by credit card, direct bank transaction or other means two weeks prior to commencement of the course.

A place in class can be reserved, by completing the online registration form and submitting this form, however this situation does not mean that the student has a confirmed enrollment in the course.  It is only under the circumstances outlined above that a student is enrolled and confirmed to attend the course.

Changing Registrations to Another PgMPSM Preparation Course

A student is able to transfer their course registration to another PgMPSM Preparation course up to three weeks prior to the commencement of the first course for which the student registered.  There is no fee for the first transfer.  Second and subsequent transfers will incur an Administration Fee of USD$250.00

Should a student not be able to attend a course for which they are enrolled they are able to transfer their registration to another student at no additional cost, as long as the change is completed outside of the three week period prior to commencement of the course.

ANY changes to course registrations within a three week period prior to commencement of the course will incur an Administration Fee of USD$250 for each change.  This Administration Fee will be payable by the student in full prior to any requested changes taking affect, including confirmation of enrolment in the revised course.

Cancellation Policy

A student, who is enrolled on a course, and wants to cancel their registration, is able to do so at any time.

If the cancellation advice is received more than three weeks prior to commencement of the course, an Administration Fee of USD$250 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the course fee, which will be refunded to the student.

If the cancellation advice is received within three weeks prior to commencement of the course, no refund will be given.

Best efforts will be applied to 'confirm' each course two weeks prior to commencement date, however all courses are subject to cancellation.  When a course is cancelled, best efforts will be applied to advise students and to minimize the impact of the cancellation.  When a course is cancelled, FACT Solutions Limited assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by the student including, but not limited to, airfares and hotel accommodation expenses.

A 'No Show' situation is deemed to occur when an enrolled student does not turn up within 2 hours of the course commencing. In 'No Show' situations the student does not receive a refund.

Unacceptable Student Behaviour

If a student displays 'unacceptable behaviour' which impacts the learning of other students on the course, the trainer will address the situation directly with the student.  This will include direction that the student may be requested to leave the course, unless the behaviour ceases.

Should the 'unacceptable behaviour' continue the student will be requested to leave the course, after returning all course materials, guides and learning aids.  In these circumstances no refund will be made.

'Unacceptable behaviour' will be determined by the trainer of the course, and could include disruptions to the course schedule, rudeness, incessant lateness or non-participation in course learning activities.
