Firstly, we select the clients that we work with - not all clients will value the way in which we operate. FACT does not seek to obtain a position of comfort in your organisation - often we will actively challenge your assumptions. In this way we can clarify the goals and achieve real insight.

Secondly, we match the right resources from our pool of passionate, engaged and responsible professionals. And we provide them with an exciting and vibrant environment to work in.

Thirdly, we deliver to consistent and exacting standards. We won't get in the way unless we can add value by being there.

Finally, we follow up and remain in close contact, we won't disappear a week post go live.

1. The ability and will to communicate in an open and honest manner. This means if either party has concerns or issues they will undertake to discuss these at the earliest opportunity.
2. The ability to take internal ownership for the system/process/project being implemented. Both parties will assign an "owner" - that is, an individual who is responsible for the success of the assignment, beyond a project 'go live' date.
3. A high degree of trust, which will be earned by actively pursuing common goals and objectives, and by both parties working to meet expectations.
4. To allow FACT to be fully involved in the organisation, not kept at a surface level. This enables us to build a partnership where we can identify savings and opportunities, especially over the long term.
5. Be fun to work with in order to build positive and energising relationships.
6. Recognise our right to earn a fair return. In order to provide the level of service and expertise our clients have come to expect we must have the ability to make a profit. We only undertake projects where we believe we will add value, therefore we believe our clients should pay for these services according to the agreed terms and conditions.
7. Be a recognised corporate with project owners who are authorised to make final decisions.
