  4. To allow FACT to be fully involved in the organisation, not kept at a surface level. This enables us to build a partnership where we can identify savings and opportunities, especially over the long term.
  5. Be fun to work with in order to build positive and energising relationships.
  6. Recognise our right to earn a fair return. In order to provide the level of service and expertise our clients have come to expect we must have the ability to make a profit. We only undertake projects where we believe we will add value, therefore we believe our clients should pay for these services according to the agreed terms and conditions.
  7. Be a recognised corporate with project owners who are authorised to make final decisions.
